Create a Gangnam Style AI Dance Video with Your Three Characters

Upload three single-person photos to make a Gangnam Style AI dance video: Image 1 replaces the center lead, Image 2 the dancer on the left, and Image 3 the dancer on the right. Use the supplied reference to guide their dance moves and facial expressions, then generate your trio remake.

1Add your character

Character 1: Front-center performer

Upload one single-person photo for the main role.

Character 2: Left performer

Upload one single-person photo for the role on the viewer's left.

Character 3: Right performer

Upload one single-person photo for the role on the viewer's right.

Make Your Gangnam Style AI Video in 4 Steps

Choose one photo for each dancer. Left and right refer to the positions you see in the reference video, so each upload slot has a specific role.

1

Upload Your Center Lead in Image 1

Add a clear single-person photo to the first slot. This character replaces the dancer at the front-center, closest to the camera.

2

Upload the Left and Right Dancers

Put the replacement for the dancer on the viewer's left in Image 2, and the replacement for the dancer on the right in Image 3. All three slots need a photo before you generate.

3

Choose Your Reference Segment

Use the supplied 18-second source or select a segment from it. The current App supports reference segments up to 15 seconds with credits and shorter free input; automatic preparation trims longer sources to fit the active limit.

4

Generate, Preview, and Download Your Dance

Review the output settings and credit estimate, then generate. Watch all three characters through turns and overlapping gestures, and download a take to finish with your chosen soundtrack or captions.

Give Each Dancer a Clear Photo Reference

Three dancers share the frame and sometimes overlap. Individual portraits make the intended cast easier to specify than a single group photo.

Use One Person per Upload
Choose a photo with one clearly visible person in each slot. A group photo leaves the intended replacement ambiguous, even though it counts as one uploaded file.
Show the Face and Outfit
Use a sharp photo with visible facial features, hair, and clothing. The image supplies the replacement appearance; the source video supplies the pose and performance.
Review Faces After Turns and Overlaps
Raised arms, fast movement, and changing angles can cause identity drift or distorted hands. Check those moments and try a clearer portrait or a less occluded reference segment when needed.

Generate a Three-Person Dance Remake from Your Photos

The generator uses three separate appearance references and one dance video to create a moving trio scene. Each character is assigned to a different source dancer; movement, expressions, and identity consistency can vary in the result.

Image 1 controls the foreground lead, Image 2 the opening left dancer, and Image 3 the opening right dancer. These assignments follow the original people when they move, rather than switching with their screen positions.

The reference guides each person's choreography, arm gestures, footwork, head turns, and facial expressions. The instructions preserve the trio's coordinated timing while keeping each dancer's individual movements.

Your photos define the characters' faces, hairstyles, and outfits. The reference guides the outdoor setting, city lights, framing, and camera movement; the original sunglasses and red tops are not requested unless they appear in your photos.

Preview the generated video before downloading. Check the center, left, and right identities, hand movement, and timing together, then finish audio and captions in your editing app.

Make a Dance Clip with a Cast You Choose

Start with three characters and a short performance segment, then turn the generated take into a finished video.

Make a Friends Dance Video
Upload one portrait of each friend and choose who leads the routine. Add a caption or personal message to the downloaded clip before sharing it with your group.
Animate an Original Character Trio
Use three individual character images to explore how your cast looks in a shared dance. Select a take for a character introduction or a short scene in a larger edit.
Try a New Lead for the Same Routine
Keep the side dancers and reference fixed while changing the center portrait. Compare the takes to choose the cast arrangement that fits your video idea.
